Delete your Mohingo account

An account is optional in Mohingo. If you created one, you can delete it at any time, together with the copy of your progress stored with it.

In the app

1. Open Mohingo and sign in.
2. Go to Settings → Delete account.
3. Confirm, then confirm it's you: with your password, your Google account, or Apple.

The account and its progress copy are deleted straight away.

Without the app

If you no longer have the app, email ayn.software@gmail.com from the address your account uses, with the subject "Delete my account". We delete the account within 30 days and reply to confirm. If you signed in with Apple and chose to hide your email, tell us the address shown for Mohingo in your Apple ID settings.

What is deleted

• Your account: your email address, your sign-in details, and your name if you entered one.
• The copy of your progress stored with the account: lessons, answers, scores, test results, review schedules and saved words.

What is kept

Nothing linked to your account is kept after it is deleted. Progress you made on a phone without signing in stays on that phone until you remove the app or reset your progress: it was never part of your account.
